Arbor Operations professionals are all trained and duly certified, while adhering to the highest standards of arboricultural care at all times. Our lead climbers possess a Certificate 3 in arboriculture or a higher qualification.

Arbor Operations adhere to the Australian Standard Pruning of Amenity Trees AS-4373-2007 and hold full insurances with Public liability cover of $20 million.

Our arborists safety on-site
Our arborists wear a distinctive, high-visibility uniforms to allow for easy identification at all times. Our uniforms strictly abide by the highest standards of safety to be worn at all times while working on site. These include:
- High-visibility uniforms
- Steel capped boots
- Hard hats
- Ear protection
- Eye protection
- Sunscreen
- Chainsaw chaps/pants (when required)
For safety reasons, our strict company policy is that NO person other than Arbor Operations personnel may be in the immediate vicinity of, or participate in, tree or landscaping works undertaken.
